Interview
They asked why I wanted to work with kids and if I had any relevant experience. They ran through how their job works and all the details/benefits. It was mostly them talking.
There was a phone interview pre-screening to verify availability and then there was a more in-depth zoom interview. In the zoom interview they went over your work history and a little bit about the company.
