-I applied through the Career Development Centre of my university and invited for the interview
-Talent Acquisition Lead along with the CSR Lead interviewed me via phone call as I was studying outside of India

-They mostly asked what I know about L'Oreal products, sustainability commitments and initiatives taken by L'Oreal India
-How my prior education and internship experience will help me deliver the job responsibilities?
-How will I be the best match for the internship and what I am expecting to learn while there?
The interview process was smooth, welcoming, and well organized. Every conversation felt thoughtful, respectful, and engaging, with clear communication throughout. It left a strong impression of professionalism, warmth, and opportunity. Sadly i didnt get an offer
El proceso de selección inició con una entrevista con el área de recursos humanos, posteriormente avancé a una segunda entrevista con mi manager directo y finalmente participé en una última entrevista con la directora del área.
