Applied through the career portal. Got a call from the HR and she had a phone interview with me on the spot. Was invited to a F2F interview the next week. HR told me they will let me know the results in 1-2 weeks, but I never got a response.
Interviews for summer internships from the Brandstorm competition will ask you a lot about your background and key points on your resume and how you would be able to incorporate that into L’Oreal.
hard, difficult case study and interview, do research on the role. important to project confidence and show passion, and you should be able to talk about what you have learnt from past internships or projects
