Interview
Had an interview with the company at the NSHMBA conference. The career fair for MBA students. Had a pleasant interview with Cecilia (can't remember her last name), she asked about my previous experience, why I wanted to work for Loreal, why I wanted the Brand Management position, etc... She talked about the Taste of Loreal conference that happens in NY in january and if I was interested in attending and if I would be available for that.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Sept 2025
Interview
Nice and professional team, they kept a professional tone. I didn't get the job in the end but it did get a good impression of the company. i did howeverer get the impression of a quite complicated internal structure with many people to keep track of.
In person, In the office, two stages, straight forward. However they were trying to recruit quickly which is not surprising as they have high turnover due to the culture / not great pay.
