1st stage was the HR interview:typical competency based but focusing on personality traits
2nd stage was the online maths test
3rd stage included the interview with the line manager and his boss:typical competency based but focusing on aspects focusing around the job
final stage included a quick interview with the CEO:this was easy as he was not trying to catch you out but you need to be careful not to mess it all up a the end

Han sido 3 entrevistas enfocadas a entender trayectoria profesional, conocimiento y experiencia específica en procesos de Logística y Sistemas. Además he notado que por las preguntas que me hacían también buscaban entender tendencias de comportamiento o formas de actuar en situaciones puntuales.

The interview process consisted of 3 rounds: hr, hiring manager, panel. It was straightforward but I was rescheduled a few times, oftentimes at the last second. All of it was behavior-based (no case study).

L' entretien RH était structuré et professionnel. L'entretien tournait autour des questions classiques sur le parcours et la motivation pour le nouveau poste. Ils valorisent l'esprit d'équipe et les réalisations concrètes.
