Telephone interview format. Reasonably fast reviewing any / all of the supporting evidence for application, eg resume / CV and online question stuff.
Interviewer seemed fairly friendly over the phone but difficult to organise a time as not much room to rearrange to suit me. This meant I had to miss class
I applied through other source. I interviewed at L'Oréal (London, England)
Interview
Got an automatic thank you for submitting my online test after applying for a grad role even though I had not completed one. When I enquired about this it turned out they took the scores from placement application from nearly 2 years prior, and I was told they believe you can only develop fully over 2 years. This was really disheartening as the role sounded amazing, and I personally believe that completing a placement year had definitely allowed me to improve and grow as an individual. Would apply again in the future as the company does seem like a great space for early talent, but I hope this can be changed in the future.

Question 1
General application questions, submitted a cover letter and CV which was fully specialised for the company.
