Interview
Direct and enjoyable. I was asked about my past experiences and asked to do an assessment. The assessment was a bit odd, the questions seemed like a run around, but overall manageable.
You’ll first receive an initial call or text from the hiring agent, where they’ll ask a few questions to get to know you better and assess if you meet the requirements. If you’re a good fit, they’ll schedule an online/face-to-face interview with the manager. If you succeed in that round, you may move on to a final stage where an assignment is given to test your skills.
