There were 3 rounds. A screen with an outside recruiting consultant (this was vague and they were quite persistent), one with hiring manager and a panel. Video interviews were recorded. Very similar questions were asked so it seems like there was little internal communication. No feedback at all was provided.

External recruiter so beware. Moved interview around and scheduled 15 minutes but asked for 30 in the calendar invite. Had to reach out to ultimately be rejected. LIFT’s mission is noble but the candidate experience left much to be desired.
