As many others have stated, some of the people are the "plus".

Cons

LIFT cannot show raw data to support many public claims of success for multiple sites. I know this for a fact, as I experienced it firsthand. LIFT is an organization that "fires" first, aims later. The reason there has been so much internal upheaval of late is because, fundamentally, it's a con. And the team knows it.
