Hiring Director interview - was one on one and provided me context for the job and the team, and allowed me to answer leveraging this information.
2 Marketing leaders interviewed me in a panel format - they were stakeholders for the position and were interested in how my approach would enable their needs.
Phone call with offer came from HR, followed by offer letter

Easy, straight to the point, all duties were clearly defined and all of my questions were clearly answered. Upper level management seems good about really looking for someone who embodied the company’s values.

What is an example of a conflict in the work environment you’ve had to resolve and how did you handle it?
The process consisted of a phone interview with an HR representative that consisted of general interview questions. It was followed by an in person interview with area-specific questions. The process took a very long time.
