The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lands' End (Dodgeville, WI) in Nov 2007
Interview
I had one phone interview, with mainly personality and background questions. I recieved an onsite interview about 2 weeks later. I interviewed with 5 designers from multiple catagories one on one. This gave me the opportunity to present to each person. about 3 weeks after my interview, I recieved an second onsite interview. This one was with the Design Director, and again it was presenting my portfolio. I recieved an offer a few weeks later. For the most part, people seemed nice . I learned the life/work balance was not a reality once I started to work for the company.

Interview
Interviewing was fine, pretty standard setup with several rounds from HR and recruiting to talking with the design team. They will ghost you instead of rejecting or giving feedback, however.

Interview
Typical interview with HR, then several members of the design team. All employees were quite friendly and created a good atmosphere. They took months to get back to me following my final interview however, and even that response was prompted by many of my own follow up emails.
