Interview
I am not sure if all are done the same when it comes to getting your foot in the door. Once in you will meet with the marketing, sales and financial managers. The will tell you alot about their company and make clear what they are looking for. At that point if the decide you should move forward you will be scheduled to meet one of the owners Frank Lang. Shortly after you will hear if they want to give you an offer.

I applied online. I interviewed at Lang-Nelson Associates in Mar 2013
Interview
Clumsy at best, lack of communication between those responsible for hiring, so ridiculous I almost laughed at times. Pretentious personalities so awkward I could hardly keep a straight face. I couldn't tell if they were serious or if they were really believing what they were saying. Unprofessional. Just off all together...

I was able to answer all their questions effectively and clearly. They must have gotten a list of questions off the internet. No creativity.
