I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Langham Hospitality Group (New York, NY) in May 2016
Interview
Interviewed with HR first, then interviewed with the front office manager. HR coordinator asked basic questions such as telling about myself, previous challenges and conflicts, etc. FOM was very nice and friendly to talk to. She ran through all my experiences listed on my resume and was also open to sharing her own similar experiences, it was a very comfortable interview. I did not receive an offer but they called me soon after the interview to let me know the reason. All in all, they kept me informed throughout.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Langham Hospitality Group in Aug 2024
Interview
The process is extremely long and bit unnecessary. The first conversation was with the Hiring Manager, then I spoke to a Director, and then finally a HR rep. They treat you like you are the most important person and talk about how they value open feedback and communication. When it's time to act on that, it's a black hole. You are notified with a auto-rejection and no follow-up whatsoever

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Langham Hospitality Group (New York, NY) in Jan 2023
Interview
The process was very straightforward. Expect to meet up to 4 people over the course of some time, which may vary. There are your usual questions, mixed with 2 or 3 that require you to think a little more critically. Everyone was very friendly and I enjoyed speaking with them! In the end, I turned down 2 other offers because this one felt like the best match for what I’m looking for (development, growth, learning opps, job enjoyment, quality brand).
