It was a combination of a practical assessment and a video interview, both of which were well-structured and relevant to the role. The practical test provided a good opportunity to demonstrate my hands-on abilities and approach to real-world scenarios, while the video interview allowed me to expand on my experience and how it aligns with the expectations of the position. Overall, the process felt straightforward, and the questions were clearly tailored to assess the key skills and competencies required for success in the role.

There was a written test, that involved evaluating some documents and reporting on comprehension of it. After success, I was invited for an interview with 2 managers. It was quite relaxed and structured well.
