Interview
Talked to a recruiter at a career fair then applied online. Process was straightforward. All resume based and behavioral questions. Pretty easy process, interviewers were nice. Got an email back within a week.
Simple and just general coding questions. Prepare knowledge of Java and PL/SQL. Understanding of Agile and Scrum. Understanding how to create Jar and Wars. Using TortoiseSVN. Security questions. General coding and developer questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Leidos (Melbourne)
Interview
Technical interview was hard but fair. All was well until we got into the HR questions. HR and psychometric interview questions straight out of ChatGPT. Some not relevant at all.
There was one round with the hiring manager and developers on the team. Questions were asked on the microsoft stack - Angular and .NET. The questions were mostly based on my resume.
