Interview
Applied online, got a request for an interview about a week later. Went to the interview, they had some snacks left out for the group of people who were interviewing. There were 4 rounds of interviews where they asked you questions and you ask them questions that you had as well. Very laid back environment, everyone there was very welcoming.
A recruiter reached out to me then asked me if i'd be interested in a position. I was then screened by the recruiter to see if my skills matched the job. A week or 2 later I got an email to schedule a virtual meeting and I met with a member of the prospective team.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos
Interview
Behavioral screening followed by a technical screening. Overall just two phone calls. No code assessment just talking about what you have done previously and you must be well versed in your work/project experiences because they want you to explain in-depth to highlight your technical abillities.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Explain why you used this specific model for your machine learning project over others. Highlight some pros and cons.
Had 2 interviews, a technical screening, then an in-person interview with a live coding session. Overall good experience. Technical questions were very in-depth, but they allowed me to change my answers in the second interview. They were also very friendly and were very helpful in giving hints.
