I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos
Interview
Hiring and interview process went very smooth. Drawbacks to a lot of these big name companies is that they outsource to temp agencies to relieve some of the work load from HR. Since Leidos split from SAIC I would imagine it has facilitated some of the problems we've encountered with that in the past. For the interview I wore a suit and was able to open up to all of the management. They were laid back and very nice. It seemed as though as they were of course interested in my technical background, but not many questions were asked about that. The focus was on personality.

Question 1
The work load shouldn't raise a lot of questions. Training is very thorough throughout your entire experience. As prior military I already had the gist of this job.
I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Leidos (Alexandria, VA) in Jul 2018
Interview
My interview experience came through a job fair, where the company reached out to me. Once reviewing my resume, I was formally invited to the job fair. The interview itself consisted of two Leidos GIS Analyst who followed a series of questions to spark conversion. It was structured and formal, yet informal in that they appeared more interested in gauging me as a person than writing anything down on the paper. The whole process took under 30 minutes.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos (Orlando, FL) in Jun 2015
Interview
Interview process was done primarily on the phone. Multiple interviewers asking job relavent questions. The interviewers/panelists represented different areas in the company. The interview lasted about 45 minutes over the phone.

They asked me about specific relavent experience that would relate to the position I was applying for.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Leidos (Chantilly, VA)
Interview
The interview process consisted with meeting with the project manager, task leads, and QA manager. It was more a personality "fit" than a "skills" fit process.
