Had an "in" from a current employee
Submitted resume online
Met with just the hiring manager and HR staff
Met with HR for about 20 minutes
Manager technical interview lasted only 1 hour
Mainly dealt with HR after job was offered
Did not have to submit an application until after the job was offered
