I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos (Basingstoke, England) in May 2024
Interview
Horrible people. Got a call from their internal recruiter with 1 days notice asking if i could interview, the very next day. I said that was too short notice. so had the interview 3 days later. It was a teams meeting and both panel members had their camera off (disgraceful), I kept mine on as that is the professional thing to do. I then asked the hiring manager what her expectations were and she said she wanted me to perform from day 1 (red flag). very unprofessional people. couldn't wait for the interview to be over. never heard back from then that was 6 weeks ago, no official rejection or acceptance. wouldn't want to work there anyways
It started with a screening phone call. Afterwards, I was offered 1:1 remote Teams call following. Easy process. It may have taken a little while to receive a result, but that was most likely due to the number of applicants.
