I was directly contacted by the company without having applied for the job. I underwent three interviews, two online and one in person. The entire selection process felt quite disorganized; the same interviewers asked almost identical questions in each session. After the in-person interview, I never heard back from them. I sent an email requesting feedback but received no response. In my opinion, this behavior is not only unprofessional but also discourteous. While it's perfectly acceptable for a company to decide not to consider a candidate, given that they initiated contact and I dedicated three days to their selection process, providing feedback would have been the courteous and respectful thing to do.
