First interview with HR to present myself.
Second interview with cs team coordinator and I was requested to speak of my working experiences both in English and German. I was also asked to explain how I would solved out an issue with shipment.
Third and last interview to define salary and beginning date
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Levi Strauss (Budapest)
Interview
I had to fill out a personality test before I get to meet the HR manager and the Sales Director. Then at the same time with my interview, I had to do a timed Analytical test and an IQ test which was fairly difficult. The next time I met the Regional Sales Manager who was the head of Sales within the Eastern European cluster. I found all interviews and tests extremely professional, the difficulty level of tests was high as well, which made me feel more confident about wanting this job and the environment I was willing to work for.
