I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lightbeam Health Solutions
Interview
Brief screening call with a member of HR. Short in person interview about 30 minutes. Pretty disappointed in the experience. I was originally supposed to interview with the VP, but when I arrived for my interview I was told that the VP was out of the office and I would be interviewing with the Director. It appeared that she was asked last minute to interview me, which was a little disappointing because I was more prepared to interview with the VP and felt that she was pretty disinterested in meeting with me and just wanted to get through the interview quickly since it was a Friday and most of their staff was out of the office. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The interview didn't go as smooth as I had hoped and I could have prepared more for the type of project management questions she asked, but I learned a lot about the company and the position. I heard back from HR about a week later that I had not been offered the position. Personally, I wish the interview was longer, I was able to interview with more than one individual from the company, and involved more specific questions related to management and healthcare experience. Interviews are nerve-racking enough and it takes more than 30 minutes to build a rapport with your interviewer and sell them on why you are the right candidate for the position.
