After phone interviews, was invited to an all day, on site interview with potential team members and several managers. Includes lunch, tour of offices and studios, printout of my LI connections. Nice people.

How would you help a client troubleshoot an issue?
Took 3 months, everyone was extremely kind and encouraging. Eventually offered me a contract job but I declined. I enjoyed the experience but it was drawn out unnecessarily, in my option.

Interview
The process was pretty straightforward. They sent me an email telling me my profile was very interesting and requesting for some date/time slots for a phone interview. I answer back giving them the dates. They emailed me again asking some questions in advance. I answered the questions via email too. Everything happened via email. Finally, they wrote me back telling me they chose not to move forward with my application. The phone interview never happened. I answered with a "thank you" email.
