Applied for the role using LinkedIn job posting and was contacted by a recruiter. The recruiter explained the interview procedure, went over the salary requirements, my work experience and asked some preliminary questions on web technology ( HTTP, TCP) , SQL and Linux. The next round was with the Hiring Manager where we mostly spoke about my previous work experience and was evaluated on behavioral and general "how did you"/"give me an example where .." kind of questions. The final set of interviews, 5 rounds in total were a mix of technical and behavioral. The recruiter sent me a document describing what segment each round would be about such as "Relationships Matter / Ownership" and "Inspire Excellence & Members First" . One of the rounds was the "Get to know the team" where as a candidate you can talk to the team members and get to know more about the team/work culture etc etc. Overall I had a great interview experience, the HR was always reachable and everybody I spoke to seemed to love what they do and the company as a whole.

It was not ideal. They took 2 weeks to provide any type of feedback for each stage. And I had to ask for an update each time. If I had not asked for an update, they would have ghosted me.
