I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lionbridge (Tampere) in Nov 2019
Interview
The interview basically was to confirm that you actually have the skills you wrote in your CV. Also the questions were mainly about your time availability and things like that. However, the interview resulted to be very frustrating. Why? Because the interviewer didn’t know practically anything of what I asked. The same answer for all of the questions: “we don’t know that yet”. So, they didn’t know the estimate date of the start of the project, estimate amount of hours per week or month... Then, the interviewer said they will get back to me, but they didn’t know when they will do that either. The interview happened in November, and I haven’t heard anything about Lionbridge since.

Question 1
The interview was not difficult at all. Pretty straightforward, just to confirm what skills I have, how many hours I’m willing to work, etc.

Requested 2 interviews, asked many questions and for my documents, promised to call me and in the end I got no feedback from them. I don't recommend applying for work.
