I was met at the venue by the scheduling coordinator. They were extremely pleasant and walked me into a private room with couches. We sat and discussed my previous work experiencer in a lax way, followed by competency questions. It was about 30 minutes.

I was scheduled for an interview at a specific time at the venue I applied to. I arrived 20 minutes early and they were able to take me as soon as I walked in. I was asked a few questions, and brought a few questions of my own. At the end, they explained the next steps.

Interview
Phone interview. Once they have done a phone screening, you are given an Orientation and a start date. You basically show up for your first show like a little lost sheep and have about an hour before the gates open to figure things out.
