What started as an informal chat turned into a 40 minute phone conversation. The recruiter and I discussed our shared interests and passion for live music and events. Discussed my experiences and work history - conveyed my experiences into how I would fit into the company and role. Was told I was strongly being considered for at least a couple roles that I matched very well to and would hire from a hiring manager on the next interview. Then, I was ghosted, email ignored and never heard back from the recruiter.
