I applied online and they got back to me within 3 weeks by asking me to come to the venue for an interview. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and they just asked me about my previous experience before offering me the job on the spot.

easy. simple questions. stream lined process making it not very intimidating or hard to go about. questions were never to difficult. overall it was a good experience. got the job too

Super easy interview. They are more so feeling for your personality and your passion for music rather than experience. The Job is offered on the spot, at least in my case
