I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group in Dec 2018
Interview
Interview consisted of online testing (stj, numerical reasoning, etc) and a video interview. I did not get past the video interview. The video interview conssted of strength based questions. Lloyd's provided very good feedback on the online testing, showing me what my best and worst strengths were.
