Consists of an initial application, a test, a job insight (interview/assessment), and an assessment day I believe. I was given feedback on the first stages but did not receive feedback for the job insight. Job insight was based on their green finance but I presume it changes so I wouldn't focus solely on this, maybe do some research on all aspects and services.
