Invited for a face to face interview with 2 hiring managers and the talent acquisition manager. The interview comprised of questions related to their values (mostly scenario-based). The interview was an hour long. Almost 2 months later, I get a standard email at 0030 saying that I won't continue in the process. Sadly the communication and expectation management throughout was terrible.
