The interview process was over the phone. It lasted around 30. minutes. It was very friendly and welcoming. Most questions asked about interests and motivations for applying to the role and the company.

Video Interview. You get asked 9 questions mainly strengths and competency based as well as standard questions like why Lloyds? etc. 30 seconds to read each question and think of an answer and 90 seconds to answer each questions. Some of the questions were worded strangely to try and confuse you.
