It was a very intricate job interview process for a simple hostess position. They value quality in every member hired onto the team. When it comes to running a hotel property it's necessary to make sure there is continuity in the quality of every employee who works there.

What would you do when faced with a challenging customer?
Easy interview process. Was long before I could actually start working. Overall not hard or bad but I’m sure the interview is more rigorous for higher positions . Easy to get into
First interview done with F&B manager then after passing that interviewed with hotel’s General Manager. Once you pass that you are in. General Manager calls the shots. They really want to know if you understand the company’s standards and is ready to abide by them.

very quick and the manager were very nice. great company, but didnt get the job. because I got other job offer and felt like I should give other people more chance than try to get this job
