The interviewee should have all the information necessary about the company he/she applies for. Hence, a briefing of the company services is conducted beforehand. Also, the initial round of interview is conducted to understand the communication of the candidate, and more so to gauge his/her personality. Technical questions are only asked in the second round by the respective Team Leads/Managers. If the candidate fits the profile only then a salary offer is made depending on the skills and experience.
