Interview
I had a video interview with a design lead and a senior designer for 45 minutes. I talked about one of my projects on my portfolio and described my design process. After about a week, I received an email from the recruiter that I got an offer.
first round 1 interviewer, then two interviewer, all nice and friendly, no questions are sharp and they listen to you nicely, but it took them 3 weeks to reject me

2nd round with UX engineer(personality)
3rd round with UX designer(personality)
Should have been two rounds in total, only one interviewee joined for 2nd round. So scheduled another one.

One round of hiring manager phone interview asking behavioural questions, followed by another round of phone interview with a couple of designers and technologists. They did not specify what to talk about in the second round, but I chose to present my projects anyway.
