Several interviews over a prolonged period. Received an automated rejection with no further commentary from the recruiter or hiring manager. For putting in the time during the interview process and prep for the interviews; more feedback would have been helpful vs. no further response from recruiter.

The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Logitech in Feb 2010
Interview
Screening interview by HR, followed by in-person interviews with four people. The process was very drawn out, lasting over two months from screening to getting face to face. Communication was not great during this long process; I resorted to pinging the hiring manager and in-house recruiter twice to find out if they were still filling the position. Questions at the interview were not too difficult. I did get a sense that people at the company were very overloaded, and perhaps that was why the process took so long.

Question 1
We are planning to introduce a new product later this year but are unsure of how to price it. What specific process would you recommend for arriving at an appropriate pricing model?
Interview went very smooth and felt very comfortable during my interview session. Company culture was also really good and nice colleagues helping out. Things changed when the new CEO came in so there was a lot of transitional periods and some layoffs.
Lots of last-minute rescheduling of interviews. At least one interviewer didn't show up at all. The people seemed pleasant enough, but the interview process was chaotic at best. Would not recommend.
