The atmosphere and interview process was stuffy and overly formal. My interviewer came across as rude and intimidating, which is totally unnecessary and outdated. I had an immediate negative first impression. The interview seemed overly scripted and my interviewer did not seem engaged in the process, wanting to get it over with as quickly as possible.
