The interview process is incredibly simple. All the job requires is reliability and the ability to smile. The interview is primarily a bunch of small talk so that the manager can determine whether or not you seem like the type of person that meets his/her responsibilities. If you have the social skills necessary to hold a conversation with the manager, and have the ability to be warm and inviting, then you will be absolutely fine.
