Formal process with questions regarding honesty and integrity, ability to make calls and sales. Questions also involved availability, flexibility, and ability to lead others. Questions also included knowledge of gym and gym functions as it pertains to LAC.

Interview
The interview process is incredibly simple. All the job requires is reliability and the ability to smile. The interview is primarily a bunch of small talk so that the manager can determine whether or not you seem like the type of person that meets his/her responsibilities. If you have the social skills necessary to hold a conversation with the manager, and have the ability to be warm and inviting, then you will be absolutely fine.
