Interview
4 stage process. First interview with recruiter. Second with recruiter and head of (?) marketing. Third, a presentation. Fourth, a meeting with the CEO.
Asked to make my self available for steps 1 and 2. Head of marketing did not turn up 30 minutes into the interview and made me repeat everything that was already discussed. For step 2 I got asked to prepare a presentation, but was stopped 30 seconds after starting because I did not own a webcam - despite making it clear before the interview that I did not own one.
Waste of 2 hours of interview time, and a few hours of presentation prep.

Interview
2 days after applying I was offered an interview for that week. The interview was virtual, casual chat about experience etc. I was given a second stage interview with a task. The task was difficult and took a lot of prep. I presented the task the following week. That was approx 8 weeks ago. I heard nothing from the company after this, not a rejection or even feedback. Chased with no response. I know others that have been ghosted after putting time and effort into a task. Would think about the opportunity before putting effort into interviewing.
