Applied Online for the seasonal cashier position, two day later received phone call for next day interview with HR Manager. Did 1 on 1 interview with HR manager that consisted of many customer service questions like what if? tell me a time?, the HR made de take a seat for a couple of minutes for same day interview with the Department store manager. Also did interview with a young Department manager who asked similar type questions. Told me they will finish reviewing applications and would give me a call withing 5 days. Received a call 2 day after interview to come in for a drug test. Got offered the position

The interview was a brief 15-minute discussion of the hours you are available and scenario questions to see if you are a natural problem solver. It was low-stress and I had the chance to ask many of my own questions.

It was very casual and at the store. I was asked about 10 questions by one of the store managers. I did a drug test at the end of the interview after being offered a position.

Very easy people to talk to, don’t need to dress up for a fancy interview. Can wear nice jeans and a top. They ask very obvious open ended questions that is very easy to tell what answer you would like to give them.
