Phone interview with several questions. Answered honestly using my experiences from other jobs/my career. Interviewer was patient and quiet as they wrote down/scored my answers to the questions. Was thorough and gave occasional feedback.

Interview
Straight forward interview with only behavioral questions. I would focus on STAR method as they ask for examples for each question they ask. Only one interview for the position and it was with the merchandiser lead who was very kind.
Good and quick. Interview occurred within a week of applying and questions weren’t difficult at all in my opinion. Would prefer if you have experience with warehouse vehicles. Would do again.
