I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Vancouver, WA) in Dec 2014
Interview
Two interviewers alternating written questions for me. The questions were the standard ones you hear from most larger companies. One would read the question and record my answer, then the other would do the same things. There were 12 or 14 questions. Some were specific to the job, some were general work questions.

Interview
They ask very similar questions each time you interview, so basically every interview can be used as practice session for the next one if you don't get the position you applied for this time. They work off of a points scale, so they really like fine-tuned answers and precise examples.
