    Customer Success Interview

Anonymous Employee in London, England (UK)
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LoyaltyLion (London, England (UK)) in May 2019.

    Interview

First stage was a phone call, where I was asked about my previous experience and got information about the job. After a week I was invited to an interview, first with Head of Customer Success team and then with the CEO. In the end I was introduced to some of the team members. Atmosphere is very friendly and it was the least stressful interview I had in my life. The only downside is the communication. I was told I'll get the information if I was successful way sooner, and finally got it around week later.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at LoyaltyLion (London, England (UK)) in March 2019.

    Interview

Phone interview and then a f2f.
Process was pretty straight forward as you meet the CEO as well as discuss how you'd tackle and approach the job.
Despite coming across as a good company, their communication about interview progress or success was non- existent.
It's this lack of communication on whether I had been successful or not that made me pursue other opportunities.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LoyaltyLion (London, England (UK)) in February 2017.

    Interview

Phone interview followed by a face to face interview. Very enjoyable process. Detailed to make sure that skills and company are a good fit. They provided detailed and constructive feedback after each stage. Looks like a great company to work for - exciting product with a team of friendly, intelligent, ambitious and commercially astute people. Would have accepted the role had it been offered.

    Interview

The hiring process was very smooth and straight forward. I had a phone call, then a F2F interview and a final meet-up which was to explain what to expect in my new role as it was going to be slightly different from what I was used to.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LoyaltyLion in May 2019.

    Interview

Applied online for the position and had a telephone interview one week later. I had the initial telephone interview and was told that I would receive a response either way. Unfortunately I did not get any feedback and did not hear whether I was successful or not. This is a shame as they seem like a great company to work for.

    Renewals Manager Interview

    Average Interview

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LoyaltyLion (London, England (UK)).

    Interview

A lengthy process where over the course of 3 weeks I was required to go through a virtual first stage interview, followed by 2 in office interviews with the Head of CS and then the Founder. This felt particularly elongated and would be very difficult for an applicant that was in a current full time role to attend. Following on from the final interview there was also a delay of a week before being informed of a final decision.
