I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lucid Software in Sept 2016
Interview
I was contacted to set up a phone screen within a week of applying. The phone screen consisted of a short conversation, nothing to worry about.
Next I was given a coding challenge to complete on HackerRank. It was similar to the pathing problems others have mentioned.
After they reviewed my code, I was invited to a full 3.5 hour interview the following week. The interview consisted of three sections. The first hour was more coding: two basic questions and a third, much longer one (involving more grids) which you may not complete. There were then a few whiteboard questions with algorithmic analysis and a general discussion of past experience.
The process went smoothly and company representatives were friendly throughout, even when my answers weren't quite as smooth.
