I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lucid Software (Salt Lake City, UT)
Interview
Spoke to recruiter first and it was a very introductory convo. Had two interviews in one day with two sales leaders and both were very welcoming. They both treated it more like a discussion than a traditional interview. Then spoke to the sr. director and talked more about how I operate on my day-to-day. From there a presentation/role play on something I sold in the past. Enjoyed all of my convos but especially the last step with SVP of sales. My would-be director was incredibly helpful during the process and was always eager to answer any questions. Very positive experience overall.

Interview
A series of 4 interviews. Recruiter, 2 panel interviews, VP interview with presentation. Very clear through the process, and kept on pace for the timeline just as they shared. Great experience and people.
The smooth process and well structured approach made the interview a pleasure. The sessions were well managed, ensuring efficient use of time. I greatly appreciate the accurate feedback provided, which was insightful and helpful for my professional development. A great experience!
Was a really long process with a lot of twists and turns. Enjoyed talking to everyone, some very smart people work at Lucid and that was what made me choose to accept the offer in the end.
