The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lumen (Washington, DC) in Feb 2022
Interview
The latest Lumen interview process is they have an automated video that is presented to a candidate. It's very mechanical and doesn't feel like the same when we are speaking with an actual interviewer. Then at the end of interview, they ask you to play couple of online 'games' as they call. It's mainly memory related slides they show and want you to answer.
roundhouse interview with three team members all via zoom that resulted in a project presentation request by me to the group by next day to move forward with the interview
Video screening was a great experience. I see why it was used. You were asked questions and given multiple opportunities to answer, review, and record. There were practice questions before the 3 actual questions.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lumen in Aug 2024
Interview
After applying I received an email prompting me to complete a video recording of me answering questions, along with playing some games to analyze my personality. I spent 4 hours prepping for the question portion of the interview and never received a response from a human being.
