Applied through LinkedIn. In few days got Whatsapp message from a recruiter. Agreed on the timing of a phone call. He explained me what is the company doing. Went extra mail to let me know how much is the exact salary for this position. Very nice guy. After few days got a message from him that they would like to schedule Video interview. They accepted my timings at 16:30h, as I couldn’t before because of my work. The interview done a lady Project Manager. She asked me about my experience and why I want to change my job. I answer her that the values of my current company are not aligned with my values, and the company is not employee oriented. About my expectations about new job I said that I expect to learn new things. She explained me what is exactly the job. The interview itself went friendly, at the end she sent me 2 pdf papers with small exercises - just to notice the mistake in text… 15 min. After we finished Video Call the recruiter wrote me on Whatsapp that her answer was negative, as she got impression that I am not interested in doing repetative administration job. It was pitty for me, as she defenitely misunderstood me. I am just 8 months in HR and will do Administration for some more time before I gain more experience for decision making positions. Unfortunately, I found her incompetent. She is a Project Manager and lack the knowladge about judging and recruiting candidates.
