Depends on a project. Most of the requirements goes from the customer. Usually they ask something about yourself, how you behave in conflicts, how long you plan to stay etc

Java Collections Framework, Concurrency, Algorithms, Spring, Hibernate
I applied through Linkedin and got a mail for the first round of interview which happened with a person and he gave me one program and asked me to find the problems in the code or how we can improve the code. I answered him but he was asking questions inside questions from me.
