Three stage process. 1. PI PLI tests 2. Telephone interview with HR 3. Telephone interview with Hiring Manager Smooth and transparent process until the end. Finally I wasn't selected but was provided with no explanation or feedback. This is very frustrating. I am sure they must have their reasons, but a feedback is expected after the last stage of the process at least.
